By playing Typing Dungeon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

License

Zmenix grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Typing Dungeon. The game, dragon artwork, name, interface, audio generation, and source code remain the property of Zmenix and its licensors.

Fair play

You may not interfere with the service, distribute modified copies as if they were official, automate ad interactions, bypass advertising rewards, attempt unauthorized access, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law.

Virtual items

Rune shards, themes, scores, upgrades, and revives are virtual game features. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Local progress may be lost when site/app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device is changed.

Advertising and third parties

The free game may display limited advertising, including an optional rewarded ad when a player requests a revive. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability

Typing Dungeon is provided “as is.” Zmenix may improve, rebalance, update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zmenix does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of local progress.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Zmenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.
